Standard:
When an ECOserver leaves the production plant a standard waranty period of three years starts. ECOserver’s waranty is based on carry-in service at ECOserver Tilburg. This means that when a machine defect occurs the customer needs to register via our RMA procedure. After registration an RMA number is issued and the customer sends the defective part(s) to ECOserver.
ECOserver will make every effort to repair the defect. We can’t give any guarantees about repair time and available spare-parts.

Advanced Replacement:
The standard service can be extended with ‘Advanced replacement’ and ‘Advanced replacement & support’. When problems with the hardware occur the customer receives the spare-parts within 24 hours. Additional telephone support is also available. These contract are offered for 3, 4 or 5 years.
